Applicants should possess a B.A. in English, Linguistics or Modern Languages and a recognized Diploma in the theory and practice of TESOL. In addition, they should have a number of years experience teaching EFL / ESL / ESP and some experience teaching or participating in professional development courses. Experience abroad is a distinct advantage. 	Experienced teachers of ESL/EFL with suitable professional qualifications are invited to apply for part time semester and vacation positions. Applicants should possess excellent inter-personal skills, be dynamic, creative, sincere and genuinely interested in their prospective students. In addition, applicants should be willing to commit some of their time to the planning of courses, materials design, evaluation and extra curricular activities.	Trainee teachers who wish to become involved in TESOL are invited to apply for part-time trainee positions on day, evening or weekend courses. Applicants should have a minimum of A level English and one or two modern languages of 'O' or 'A' level. Higher qualification are an advantage. Training positions involve Saturday or evening courses in the theory and practice of TESOL, regular observation of classroom practice, and some assistant teaching.
